East Coast Wings was born in 2009 from a simple idea: bring the bold, unapologetic flavors of the Atlantic seaboard to every corner of the United States. Our founder, Marcus Webb, grew up on the Carolina coast where weekend cookouts meant perfectly crisped wings drenched in handcrafted sauces — and he never let go of that dream.

Starting with a single takeaway counter at 30 Station Road, Marcus and his team spent years perfecting the craft — sourcing premium poultry, fermenting hot sauces in-house and testing over 200 flavor profiles before settling on our celebrated signature menu. Word spread quickly, and what began as a neighborhood secret became a destination.

Today East Coast Wings proudly serves tens of thousands of guests across the United States, yet our commitment remains unchanged: every order receives the same love, quality and care as that very first batch.

2009

The First Counter

Marcus Webb opens a small takeaway counter at 30 Station Road with just six sauce recipes and an unwavering belief in authentic east coast wings.

2012

The Sauce Lab

We invest in our first dedicated kitchen space, allowing the team to develop and ferment proprietary hot sauces in-house — expanding to 18 signature flavors.

2015

Dining Room Opens

Demand grows so rapidly that we expand into a full sit-down dining space, complete with an open kitchen and our iconic exposed-brick aesthetic.

2018

Online Ordering Launch

East Coast Wings goes digital. Our new online ordering platform brings authentic east coast wings to guests across the United States without leaving home.

2021

Catering & Events

We launch a dedicated catering division, bringing our bold flavors to corporate events, sports nights, weddings and private parties throughout the region.
